We are Jacob and Amy.
First and foremost we are both Christians and grew up in Christian homes. Although our stories differ a little bit, we complement each other perfectly in our spiritual gifts (What a SHOCK that God would plan us that way!). We are currently attending Covenant Theological Seminary so Jacob can pursue his personal calling to become a pastor while Amy pursues hers of becoming a wife and mother. We are so excited to see what God has in store for us and where He will be leading our lives.

Jacob and I met online through friends. After meeting online when we were 15, we continued our friendship for 3 years talking via aim (instant messenger) until we met at college. We both went to Central Michigan University (Go Chippewas!!) and became closer then ever. We spent all our free time together and enjoyed worshiping together and creating our own set of friends. We got engaged in October 2008 and married on September 5th 2009. Being married has been so wonderful!!
We have daughter who was born in October 2011. She is a wonderful addition to our family and we are so thankful to have her. We are currently getting adjusted to being a family of 3 and will be talking about her A LOT on this blog.
This blog is currently being used as a way to let our supporters know what is going on in our lives and keep everyone updated. As the baby arrives, I am sure it will change and form into a sort of scrap-book type blog about our child and life at this time.
